How to Send IELTS Score To University?

The IELTS results are posted online at noon 13 calendar days after the test date. You will be notified through email if there is a delay in the results for whatever reason. Get the info via text message.

A Test Report Form  (TRF) with your IELTS score results will be mailed to you by the British Council (TRF). Within twenty-three calendar days of taking the test, you should obtain your TRF. Take good care of it, for there will be no more like it.

The British Council will gladly ship up to five hard copies to the locations of your choosing. A request for this can be made by filling out the form for a supplemental lab report.

This request can be made at the time of registration, or at any point during the validity period of your IELTS. Sending the TRF through airmail or courier will cost extra.

Many schools have signed up to receive IELTS score results electronically and will gladly take a scanned copy of your TRF.

You should see if they are registered on the university’s website. If they are, you can ask for an electronic transcript release form (E-TRF) and then notify the school that it is available for download.
